"I am certain that now it is all the more impossible," Danilov-Danilyan said. At the same time, "we are ready to consider any concrete proposals from whoever they might come, even from Glazyev or Zyuganov", he added.
He believes that "before spending the rent it is necessary to study the algorithm of calculating its deduction".
As to excess profits, they also require a worked out formula of calculation, he said. "If we start working right away, this will do nothing but damage the investment climate," he pointed out.
"We should give people we are going to take incomes from a clear understanding of how we are going to do it, so that they do not feel unfairly deprived," Danilov-Danilyan emphasized.
As to increasing export duties, this is already included in the budget. "Probably, we will increase them even further," he added.
