    MOSCOW, JANUARY 19 (RIA NOVOSTI CORRESPONDENT ALLA ISAYEVA) - Starting with February 1, Russian oil exporters would be expected to pay $33.9 for each ton of oil. The relevant Cabinet resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov.

    Meanwhile $30.5 shall be paid per one ton of petroleum.

    Right now, oil export duties total $31.2 per ton, what with petroleum exporters paying $28.1 per ton.
