A thirteen-year-old tigress from Pench Tiger Reserve of Central Indian State of Madhya Pradesh is basking in the glory of having created a unique Record for the maximum numbers of cubs delivered in India.

This was the eighth time the tigress gave birth according to the report in the newspaper Times of India. She was recently captured on camera in the tiger reserve area moving with her cubs.

The cubs are being heavily guarded by the forest officials since they were born three months ago, says the report. This surely is good news for India's overall tiger population.
