At Least Four Missiles Fired at Afghanistan Parliament in Kabul
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Minister of Public Works Mahmoud Baligh, Minister of Labor, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled Nasrin Oryakhil, and Foreign Affairs Minister Salahuddin Rabbani, failed to secure a vote of confidence as they had not been able to explain their reasons for not spending their development budgets, the TOLOnews channel reported.

Lawmakers have warned the ministers that they will be dismissed unless they manage to provide an explanation, according to the news outlet.

The Supreme Audit Office of Afghanistan reportedly noted that last year government institutions spent some percentage of their budget without a definite program, which is a breach of Afghan law.
