    At Least 12 Died in Fire at Clothing Factory in Northern India

    At least a dozen people could have died on Friday in a fire in India’s northern state of Uttar Pradesh, local media report.

    NEW DELHI (Sputnik) — The fire broke out on Friday morning at a clothing factory in the Ghaziabad district, The Times of India said, adding that over a dozen firefighters are trying to put the blaze out.

    At least 12 people are feared dead and many more were injured, according to the newspaper.

    The cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
