In the video, which was recorded by a neighbor, the elderly woman is seen standing on a balcony, being fiercely pulled towards the room and then slapped in the face by her daughter. On the opposite side another woman is heard asking the furious woman to stop assaulting her mother.
According to neighbors' claims, the 85-year-old widow is being regularly assaulted by her 60-year-old daughter. The neighbor, who took the video, reported the matter to the police. However, the elderly woman refused to lodge a complaint when a police team arrived. A police official said they could not act on the basis of the video but both women will be counselled to prevent further conflicts.
