STEPANAKERT (Sputnik) – The military forces of the de facto independent Nagorno-Karabakh Republic have not responded to ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani forces, NKR authorities told Sputnik-Armenia on Wednesday.
“The ceasefire was basically observed overnight. Last evening there was individual shelling, but this was not constant. There were reports that some of the shelling by Azerbaijan went unanswered,” authorities said.
