NEW DELHI (Sputnik) — Sharif was set to hold talks with his UK counterpart David Cameron in London later in the day before heading to Washington to participate in the Nuclear Security Summit to be held March 30 — April 1, the News International newspaper said.
The visit of the Pakistani senior official to the United States will go as planned, the media outlet added.
At least 69 people, including more than 20 children, were reportedly killed and over 300 people were injured in Sunday’s terrorist attack in Pakistan. Militants affiliated with Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
