Locals reported minor headaches and other minor side effects after West Jakarta police set a three-ton pile of weed on fire.

The police donned gas masks, but evidently no one thought it prudent to provide nearby residents with protective gear.

“I got a headache because I wasn’t wearing a mask,” one resident told Asia One.

Police also destroyed 1.8 kilograms of crystal meth and 2,538 pills of ecstasy, though it is unknown how they were disposed of.
