The rapper, who this April became a billionaire thanks to his sneaker brand Yeezy, has already bought two ranches in the landlocked state. In September, West shelled out $14 million for the Monster Lake Ranch and paid another $14 million in November when he purchased the Bighorn Mountain Ranch.

Kanye West may buy a third ranch in Wyoming, TMZ reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. According to the website, the musician recently visited the Double Doc Ranch in the city of Cody and expressed interest in purchasing the property, which is already home to several horses that belong to his family.

The 7.76-acre ranch, estimated to be worth $3.3 million, is the premier equestrian facility, which, according to the Hayden Outdoors real estate company, is a perfect place to board, breed, and train horses. The ranch is also home to a 7,500-square foot six bedroom main home, with a swimming pool and a gym.

The development comes as TMZ previously reported that West, who announced that he would run for president in the upcoming presidential election in the United states and is now fighting to get his name on the ballot in as many states as possible, plans to build a humungous 52,000-square foot home at one of his ranches. The construction papers obtained by TMZ show that the rapper plans to build a 10-bedroom mansion for his wife Kim Kardashian and their four kids. He has also reportedly filed for permission to build two 10,000-square foot underground garages.
