The China Railway Corporation anti-graft watchdog’s investigation revealed that Huang Gang, 50, bureau director in Beijing who was in charge of railway safety, sent over 2,300 obscene text message to a woman called Yang over a six-month period this year, the South China Morning Post reports.
The official report on the investigation was published online and went viral on the Chinese internet in only a few hours.
The report details the couple’s numerous dates, including the days and hotel room numbers where they met.
The document says the woman also suggested that Huang “gave sexual guidance” to her daughter, for example, “hugging” her in a hotel room. The age of the girl is not reported, but the document says she was about to finish her studies at college.The report says Huang tried to cover up his affair. He destroyed the SIM card which he used for sending the sexually suggestive texts to Yang and also asked officials to delete online posts about his affair.
Huang was demoted to the position of deputy bureau director and placed on probation for one year by Communist Party officials as punishment for his behavior, the news website Thepaper.cn reported on Thursday.
