German blogger Joerg Sprave designed a gun to hunt Pokémon in the game Pokemon Go. The video in which Sprave demonstrates his invention was released on YouTube.

"We can do better than throwing balls at monsters. Let's build a proper launcher," the blogger said in the video.

In the upper part of the gun you can install the smartphone to use its camera (which is in line with the barrel of the gun) to shoot the target more precisely. The video shows how the gun is working on the example of Pikachu — a live "target" dressed in the costume of Pokémon.

The gun has fourteen ‘Pokémonballs' which are being used as a kind of bullet. The balls create an "explosion" when they hit a Pokémon.
