World Wide Web Virtuosos: Peaceful Drones Skillfully Perform Strauss

One might think they are only able to destroy things, scare people, spy, and conduct surveillance, or at least take videos and pictures of remote areas; few might suggest that drones can be programmed to perform music.

MOSCOW, December 31 (Sputnik) —  KMel Robotics decided to challenge the widely-held perceptions of what flying drones are actually able to achieve.

Few could imagine that in addition to destroying targets, conducting surveillance and taking pictures of remote areas, quadcopters are able to perform sophisticated melodies.

The company taught the drones to play Richard Strauss’s “Also sprach Zarathustra”.

Although this video was released online in April, it suits the festive mood of the holiday season.
