A museum train devoted to Gabriel Garcia Marquez will appear in the Moscow subway on Wedneday.
The train will be launched at 11:00 Moscow time [7:00 GMT] on the Molodezhnaya station and will run on Moscow subway’s Filevskaya line for six months.
Its eight cars will feature quotes from well-known works of the 1982 Nobel Prize in Literature laureate, such as One Hundred Years of Solitude and No One Writes to the Colonel, as well as his early poems, which have never been translated into Russian before.
The initiative by Colombian Ambassador to Moscow Rafael Amador coincides with the 85th anniversary of the Colombian writer.
