Reaching New Heights: Graffiti for the Blind

If you can’t see the art, you can touch it.

Unusual graffiti has appeared on one of Yekaterinburg, Russia's streets. Each art-object consists of  black and white pictures and Braille text.

"If we look at the picture, we see only the picture. But if blind people come up and touch it with their hands, they can read the text. So, they can tell us what's written on the wall, and we can tell them what is painted there," one of the authors of the project, artist Andrei Kolokolov said.

The graffiti is dedicated to the achievements of the blind.
