MOSCOW, August 19 (RIA Novosti) - Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency has launched a campaign in support of our colleague photographer Andrei Stenin #freeAndrew on August 19 at 5:00 p.m. Moscow time.
Russian celebrities, journalists, photographers, bloggers and anyone who is concerned about the fate of the missing photographer are replacing the cover photos of their social network pages with the layouts of the campaigns #freeAndrew and #освободитеАндрея.
We are hoping to draw more attention to photographer Andrei Stenin, who has been reported missing in Ukraine since August 5.
The campaign is aimed to raise awareness about the disappearance of Rossiya Segodnya photographer Andrei Stenin through social networks. Everyone concerned about the missing photographer is encouraged to change the picture in his or her social network profile.
To take part in the campaign, replace your cover photo with the #freeAndrew and #освободитеАндрея layouts. Visit http://en.ria.ru/ or our Facebook page to download the cover.
The campaign to support Stenin will run until the photographer is freed.
