MOSCOW (Sputnik) — "[Emergency paramedics] arrived at the scene and found that 12 people, adults and children, had sustained moderate injuries," police spokesman Chris Botha said, as quoted by the News24 media portal.
The wounded received medical assistance at the scene before being transported to local hospitals.
No further details on the circumstances of the shooting have been reported as yet.
