Bronny is a high school senior and will be draft-eligible in the 2023 NBA draft.
James, 37, is currently under contract with the Los Angeles Lakers through the 2022-23 season. Although James is playing at a high level this season, he views the opportunity to play with his son as more important than chasing championships or money.
"Wherever Bronny is at, that's where I'll be. I would do whatever it takes to play with my son for one year. It's not about the money at that point," James said.
