MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Kanye West's PR representative Pierre Rougier has dismissed reports of the eccentric rapper's alleged plan to visit Russia and meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin as wishful thinking.
"Entirely fabricated. Work of fiction or wishful thinking from these Russian people," Rougier told Rolling Stone, while neither Sudan nor Balber responded to the request for comment.
