The hardcore crime drama based on the British television series 'Criminal Justice' written by Peter Moffat will hit the screens at the end of November.
Streaming service Coupang Play's new original series, 'One Ordinary Day', showed the first photo teasers of Kim Soo-hyun on 14 October.
The story depicts the brutal survival of Kim Hyun-soo (Kim Soo-hyun), who turned from an ordinary college student into a murder suspect overnight, and third-rate lawyer Joong-han played by famous actor Cha Seung-won, who reaches out to him for help. Both of them are drawn into the depths of the criminal justice system.
Kim Soo-hyun is one of the highest-paid and most amous actors in South Korea and is the face of the Hallyu wave, with numerous awards for a range of roles throughout his career. His performances in 'The Moon Embracing The Sun' (2012) and 'The Producers' (2015) received widespread praise and recognition and turned him into one of the most sought-after models in the advertising industry. Also his lead role in 'My Love From The Star' made him the true face of Hallyu. His most recent work in 'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' together with actress Seo Ye-ji was named among 'The Best International Shows of 2020', receiving a nomination at the 49th International Emmy Awards in the Best TV Movie or Miniseries category.
Cha Seung-won started his career as an in-demand fashion model in the 1990s and received recognition for his roles in the television series Bodyguard (2003), City Hall (2009), The Greatest Love (2011), and Hwayugi (2017).
