A 6.2-magnitude earthquake hit Tokyo and its surrounding areas on Thursday evening.According to AP, officials have announced that there's no tsunami danger.The country's meteorological agency said that the quake was centred east of Tokyo in Chiba prefecture at a depth of 80 kilometers.Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno announced that nuclear power facilities in the area have not experienced any abnormalities as a result.
