MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The leaders of China, Argentina, India and Thailand will deliver video speeches at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), scheduled to open in Russia's Vladivostok later in the week, the Rossiya 1 broadcaster reported on 30 August.
