Last month, around 160,000 people took to the streets, protesting against the introduction of health passes that require every person to show proof of full vaccination or a negative PCR or antibody test to enter public places, including bars and restaurants.
Sputnik is live from Paris as mass protests against coronavirus lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations, and other pandemic restrictions hit the French capital. Many groups, including the Yellow Vests, are voicing their concerns about health passes, which were made obligatory for public places on 21 July.
