Previously, a lawyer for Virginia Roberts said that his client may file a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against the Duke of York in New York, based on the claims that she had been "lent out to Prince Andrew for sex by [late sex trafficker] Jeffrey Epstein".
Prince Andrew's representatives were consulting with Blair Berk, an attorney, who previously worked for Kanye West, Lindsay Lohan, Mel Gibson, and, most notably, Harvey Weinstein, The Sun has reported. The woman was hired by the disgraced Hollywood producer back in 2017 before he was indicted for rape and sexual assault amid a wave of #MeToo accusations.
However, it is not clear if she is now representing Prince Andrew.

The report emerged after Virginia Roberts Giuffre, an alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein, threatened to formally sue the Duke of York. The woman claimed the paedophile billionaire had forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was underage.
Buckingham Palace slammed the accusations as false, while Prince Andrew denied he had "any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts".
