MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Matt Walls of Great Britain won Olympic gold in men’s omnium race on cycling track at Tokyo Olympics on Thursday.
New Zealand’s Campbell Stewart came second, while Elia Viviani from Italy took the bronze medal.
Earlier in the day, Shanne Braspennincs from the Netherlands won women’s Keirin race on the cycling track. New Zealand’s Ellesse Andrews claimed silver and Canada’s Lauriane Genest won the bronze medal.
