"There are six crew members and 22 passengers (including one child) onboard the An-26 aircraft. A helicopter and troops from the Russian Emergencies Ministry are preparing for a search and rescue operation", a representative of the emergency services said.

At 9:45 (Moscow time) [6:45 GMT], an Il-38 anti-submarine aircraft of the Pacific Fleet’s aviation flew from the Elizovo Airfield to the area of the alleged crash of the aircraft", Voskresensky said.
"According to preliminary data, all of the passengers and the crew were killed when the plane crashed", a spokesperson for the emergency services told Sputnik.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Rescuers have located the debris of the An-26 aircraft that went missing on Tuesday in Russia's Kamchatka Territory, the Federal Air Transport Agency Rosaviatsiya said.
The agency stated that the wreckage was found about 4-5 kilometres [2-3 miles] from the runway on the side of the coastline.
Special rescue vehicles and some 26 crew were dispatched to the crash site, Rosaviatsya said, adding that the rescue efforts are being hampered by the peculiarities of the terrain there.
According to a source with the emergency services, several vessels were dispatched to the alleged site of the crash.
