A hilarious video has been shared online that captured an intense stand-off between a tiger and a monkey that ended quite embarrassingly for the big feline.
The tiger chased the monkey up a tree, but the clever primate jumped off to safety just before the tiger prepared to attack.
The hapless cat failed to land properly on the branch and, after clinging to it for a few seconds, looked rather shamefaced as it plopped down to the ground.
