A little green puppy named Grinch was born in Akhaltsikhe, Georgia on New Year's Eve and has already become a social media sensation. In a video filmed by the owners, the unusual little canine may be seen with its happy mother and seven siblings, who have usual white fur.
According to researchers, the odd colour of the pooch is caused by the Biliverdin bile pigment. The green shade may fade with time, as the pigment wears off, with the doggo turning white like its brothers and sisters.
