Egypt can create a coalition with all concerned countries (Greece, Cyprus, etc). Egypt will have the logistic advantage. It maybe too late to take Tripoli so the main goal is to make sure Bengazi doesn't fall and that west Libya will be a place safe for secularism. Erdo will send Tripoli to the black religious hole of the Muslim Brotherhood, into a barbaric state not respecting Human rights and of religious persecution of Christians and any minorities. Egypt's western Libya needs to distinguish itself from Erdo's east Libya as the superior Libya. Erdo's LIbya can be the religious North Korea while Egypt's LIbya can be the secular South Korea of Africa. If an Egyptian led coalition does want to take Tripoli, my guess is Misrate is the gate way to Tripoli. Once Misrata falls west Tripoli is vulnerable and everything from MIsrata to Sirte might fall shorting the front .
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Turkish Armed Forces are ready to be deployed to Libya if necessary, media reported on Friday, citing National Defence Ministry Spokeswoman Nadide Sebnem Aktop.
The Turkish military is able to conduct operations in and outside Turkey, as required, the Anadolu news agency reported, citing the spokeswoman.
In late November, Turkey and the UN-recognised Libyan Government of National Accord (GNA) based in Tripoli signed an agreement on military cooperation. Both sides have already ratified the deal, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday that Ankara would support the GNA in the fight against the Libyan National Army (LNA).
Libya has been split into two parts between the rival administrations since the North African country’s longtime ruler, Muammar Gaddafi, was killed in 2011.
