A Fearsome Feline's Slithery Snack: Brave Cat Gobbles Snake Alive
In the Russian city of Volgograd, a one-metre-long snake recently escaped from the zoo and entered a nearby shopping centre, prompting officials to temporarily evacuate the building. While the shoppers were terrified, the serpent proved to be no match for a local orange cat, who was so hungry that he tore into the slinky intruder and ate him.
The footage shows the snake trying to resist the cat at first; the ferocious little feline, however, ended up strangling the slinky beast.
