Michel's lawyer claimed before the court that CBI is not taking care of his client's human rights, which was rebutted by the agency. His lawyer moved for a detailed bail application wherein he argued that Michel has been completely cooperating with the CBI and other investigating agencies and is willing to do so in the future as well, under any bail conditions.
