Helicopter Pilot Films Lake of Fire in Active Volcano

It is good that people don’t usually know what the interior of an active volcano look like, as nobody wants to get that close to the deadly flames. However, curiosity has prompted a pilot to look into the volcanic crater and share the video, so now we can behold the solemn sight without the associated risk.

This lava lake inside a volcano on Vanuatu's Ambrym Island is surely something to see. A pilot filmed the firestorm inside the flaming mountain, showing how powerful and stunning nature can be. While it looks like the flames are about to burst up, the lava remained stable… for now.
