According to his owners, Kai the Ragdoll learned how to properly use the toilet after rigorous training and effort.
Not needing a litter box, the kitten perches himself on the toilet seat until his business is done and then, knowing that each toilet is different, searches for the handle. Not one for rigid monotony, Kai is said to use his paw or face to flush depending on how his day is going.
