Foam Party! England's Seashore Covered With Fluffy 'Flakes'

A bubbly blanket has spread over the country’s northwest coast. Millions of flakes were carried away by strong gusts from the sea, which was whipped up into foam by strong winds and high tides. Flung into the air, the flock created an unusual illusion of a snowfall.

This video shows the thick wads of sea foam flying through the air and coating a nearby beach. The amount of white flakes covering the coastal roads was so abundant that it made driving conditions difficult.
