Nurlan Alisherov is known as "iron man". He became famous for using his forehead to hammer nails and dragging cars via a rope held by his teeth. Nurlan himself says that using only the strength of the jaw and his teeth, he can lift and hold a weight of up to 250 kilograms.
The record holder also said that doctors from the US did not believe in the natural origin of his abilities and even made an X-ray of the head to make sure that there was no surgical intervention or metal implants in there.
