A night shift manager at a New York McDonald's was arrested Wednesday for selling cocaine with Happy Meals after a three-month long undercover investigation by special narcotics prosecutors dubbed “Operation Off the Menu.”

"The conduct was so blatant it would be comical if he weren't committing a serious narcotics crime," New York's Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan said, the New York Post reported.

"Ordering coke took on an entirely different meaning on the night shift at this McDonald's," Brennan added.

Frank Guerrero, 26, allegedly sold undercover cops $10,900 worth of cocaine, on eight different occasions, at a Bronx McDonald's located on 1600 Bruckner Boulevard.

According to officials, although late-night orders should only be taken through the drive-through window, Guerrero often allowed his drug customers to enter the fast-food chain.

On one occasion, Guerrero sold cocaine placed in a cookie bag to an undercover cop at the counter. The cookie bag was placed inside a larger bag containing two cheeseburgers, a soda and fries.

In another sale, Guerrero sold $6,250 worth of cocaine to an undercover cop in the franchise's public bathroom. The drugs were hidden inside the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Five other drug sales took place at the McDonald's parking lot, authorities reported.

During a search warrant of Guerrero's home in the Pelham section of the Bronx, authorities discovered more than 200 grams of cocaine and more than $5,300 inside the drug dealer's two-year-old-son's playroom.

The boy's mother, Leidy Cabral Castillo, who was at home with her child during the search, was arrested on criminal possession of an illegal substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia and unlawfully dealing with a child. Guerrero faces the same charges in addition to the criminal sale of a controlled substance, according to prosecutors.
