North Korean leader Kim Jong Un convened with his generals in order to review plans for an upcoming missile test that may be conducted in the vicinity of the US Pacific territory of Guam.

The Korean Central News Agency has released an image of Kim Jong Un visiting the Command of the Strategic Force of the Korean People's Army where he was briefed on a missile test scheduled to take place near Guam.

The North Korean leader advised the US to make the "right choice" in order to prevent a conflict between their two countries, but also ordered his generals to prepare the military for a strike.

Korean Crisis: Why Exchange of Threats Won't Turn Into Exchange of Bombs
Earlier US surveillance satellites apparently spotted North Korean missile launcher movement which may indicate preparations for an intermediate ballistic missile launch.

However, it also appears that the North Korean leader may be attempting to de-escalate the situation, as Kim Jong Un said that he would watch the US actions "a little more" to see if Washington "continues its extremely dangerous reckless actions."
