Four white lion cubs were born in Crimea's safari park. They happened to be born on August 10, World Lion Day. Their parents are nine-year-old lions named Athena and Richard.
The white lion is a rare color mutation of the lion. Most of the wild lion's population reside in zoos as it is believed that they could not survive in the wild.
