Convicted Tuesday, 56-year-old Michael Iscenko was found guilty on one count of third-degree sex abuse over the January 2015 event, for which he was fired by the NYPD the following September.

Iscenko could face up to three months in jail, depending on Justice Melissa Jackson’s final decision in August.
In testimony, his victim, a 63-year-old administrative aide, recalled the moment she realized the situation she was left in — or rather thrown into.
"I felt something cold and wet behind my leg," she said, according to the New York Post. "I turned to look and saw a creamy substance."
Immediately after hurling the bodily fluid, Iscenko ditched the crime scene as the shocked aide tried to collect herself.
"I saw Mike behind me and told him, 'Eww! Why did you do that?' in disgust, and he just looked at me and walked to his office," the victim said.
Michael Horn, Iscenko’s attorney, argued the watery solution wasn’t semen, but – a slight improvement – "saliva."
However, Emily Ching, assistant district attorney, contradicted his claim, stating that lab tests proved "there is no other substance this can be other than seminal fluid."
While the victim received a $147,250 settlement in a suit against the city, Iscenko’s attorney later told the New York Daily News he is planning to appeal.
The disgraced NYPD official has been allowed to remain free until his August 15 sentencing at the Manhattan Supreme Court.
