California Breaks World Record for Longest Pizza With 1.18 Miles-Long Flatbread

This is a new world record! A 1.9 km (about 1.18 miles) long cheese pizza was baked in the US on Saturday.

It took nearly 9,000 kg of dough, 7,000 kg of mozzarella and 2 metric tons of tomato sauce to bake this giant Margherita.

The previous record was set in Napoli in 2016, where the pizza was 1.85 km (approximately 1.149 miles) long.
