The Moscow Metro, Russia's first and most extensive rapid transit system, holds a train parade to commemorate its 82nd anniversary.

With its first line being opened to the public in 1935, the Moscow Metro eventually evolved into a massive rapid transit system sprawling underneath the Russian capital, with over 200 stations and more than 200 miles of tracks.
