The blocks, known as "Nizza-barrier," seem to be super effective, as they are strong enough to stop a massive truck like the one that was used in the deadly Berlin attack last Christmas.
Unfortunately, the driver who was going at 50km/hr was seriously injured and had to be taken to hospital. Police are investigating the case as it appears the test was not officially registered.
