Canadian Police Use Chopper, Infrared Cam to Catch Candy Thieves

The Canadian city of Toronto is really tough on even the smallest of crimes.

Recently local police used a whole slew of weapons to crack down on teenage candy thieves.

Upon responding to a call of trespassing the police deployed a helicopter with an FLIR (infrared) camera to catch the culprits, who turned out to be only 15 and 16 years old.
