Hundreds of Bulky Bulldogs Parade Through Mexico City to Set New Guinness Record
15:34 GMT 27.02.2017 (Updated: 19:29 GMT 19.10.2022) English bulldogs are known for their laziness and clumsiness, but this was not the case! On February 26, 950 dogs of this breed gathered in the sunny capital of Mexico from all across the country to walk along the streets together with their owners and set a new “pawesome” Guinness World Record.
Some in shades, others in T-shirts or bandanas, but all with their tongues out, the bulldogs made the 0.6 mile walk. The organizers were hoping to get about 800 bulldogs together in order to smash the previous record, so they were both shocked and happy to secure their victory with almost a thousand of pooches.
