WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The United States would welcome positive outcomes of Russia-Iran-Turkey effort to resolve the Syrian crisis, US Department of State spokesperson John Kirby said in a briefing.
"If this Troika arrangement can lead to those outcomes, that’s all to the better. If it can lead to those outcomes today or tomorrow that would be terrific and we would love to see that," Kirby told reporters.
