Russian Federation Council Approves Federal Budget for 2017
12:01 GMT 14.12.2016 (Updated: 12:08 GMT 14.12.2016) The Federation Council, the upper house of Russia's parliament, approved on Wednesday the Russian federal budget for 2017 and the planning period of 2018 and 2019, with deficit of 3.2 percent of GDP.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The 2017 budget revenues are projected at 13.488 trillion rubles ($221.4 billion), expenses at 16.241 trillion rubles ($266.7 billion), the deficit will be 2.753 trillion rubles ($45.2 billion).
