Russia Wants to Be Protected From Politicized ECHR Decisions – Lavrov
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov invited UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson to visit Moscow, the ball is in the UK court, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Titov said Wednesday.

"The English minister has the invitation of our minister to visit Moscow. The answer was in principle yes, but the right time needs to be picked … The ball is in their court," Titov told reporters.

Titov also admitted that Russia and the United Kingdom had serious disagreements on the Syrian reconciliation, there was much more understanding with the United States on this issue.

“We are ready to exchange opitions but at the moment we note serious disagreements. I would say that we have much more understanding with the Americans rather than the English,” Titov told reporters.

He added that he could visit London in the second half of January, where he could discuss Syria.
