The Obama administration has blocked completion of the Dakota Access Pipeline, but with Trump looming, all environmental victories could be short-lived.

Following the Army Corps of Engineers decision not to grant easement to finish the Dakota Access Pipeline, fossil fuel groups are hoping for an ally on the incoming Trump administration.
