MOSCOW (Sputnik) — UN Secretary-General-designate Antonio Guterres said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday that he fully acknowledges Russia's crucial role not only within the global organization but also in all aspects of international relations.
Guterres added that constructive relations and dialogue with countries like Russia are one of requirements of his work.
He also said at the meeting that unilateral actions cannot lead to resolution of global problems.
