MOSCOW (Sputnik) – A former service member of the Russian Black Sea Fleet has been detained in Crimea on suspicion of gathering intelligence on the fleet's activities and passing state secrets to Ukraine, the Federal Security Service (FSB) said Thursday.
"Former member of the Black Sea Fleet, reserve Capt. 2nd Rank Leonid S. Parkhomenko, has been detained by the Russian FSB in the city of Sevastopol on November 22," the service said.
